I need an online tool to track employees details such as (name, corp number, license number & expiry details, certificates name & expiry dates, sick leave details and reason) the boss send link to employee and the employee by himself fill details. It’s recommended to be done with Google forms and sheets for easy access or anything similar simple, safe and clear.

Required: boss receive email inform him if any certificates will expire for an employee, boss can edit/delete/add employees. And the information is private only boss have the access.i’m looking to distribute this tool among bosses to help them monitor employees details
