Create an Animation

1) I require an animation similar to what a slot machine looks like to be made.

- We need the animation to be flexible so a developer can alter properties of it with code e.g. velocity of columns spinning.

2) I also require a bar to be made that fills up proportionally to the value a code presents ranging from 0-50.
