Capture page too use in conjunction with my team

I need someone to create a capture page for any type of business venture with in built code to give to my team that has auto responce email directed to each members email account via request information page within the site I have domain name if required.. Any further Q's you need A's too just make contact.. Cheers

Just an update on my request I am involved with several business ideas just now so I decided I need a separate capture page that would work for all my projects I am involved in other than the ones I already use supplied by my member site ideas.. So I thought if it was professionally made then it may hopefully attract more interest when I finally promote it.. I do have some domain name's I could use one of but it's depending on if that would be required as I could allocate one of them to this project.. I do have the use of mail chimp plus my 12sc account also here that I do use so I can create my own response email system list if required but obviously I need a request more info contact form in the required capture page.. The main thing I am having trouble with in trying to set up this idea myself is being able to give the same capture page to all my sponsored business site member users for free so they can add there info to it within the request for more info form I need on the page so the response emails sent out are as if sent from them and not me so they would need to have some sort of code to access the change within the request form so the response emails I will add and use will show they are coming from them and not me so they would need to add there name and email addy that any contact response they receive from there promotion of the capture page in mind that they get a response from goes to there email addy..
