Required: to install, configure, customize an Odoo 13 (or older) instance as below needs:
Functional requirements:
1- Only HR apps/modules for employee and payroll management
2- Define employee records with basic info like: position, certificates, experience ... etc.
3- Define salaries and compensations per day, month or year
4- Track attendance and absence and generate related reports
5- Generate payroll reports
6- Can integrate with fingerprint devices to check-in/out.
Non-functional requirements:
1- Arabic translation and RTL configuration
2- Offline installation on a dedicated machine. No monthly/recurrent licenses are accepted. Should be completely free-of-cost after the project is completed.
