Sports Watch Industrial and Mechanical Design

We require a full industrial and mechanical design for a custom sports watch. We have designed the electronics and LCD and now require assistance with the non-electrical aspects. We are looking for several things:

1) An industrial design, including material selection, which rivals our competitors (Suunto, Timex, etc) in quality.

2) A mechanical form factor which can accomodate our design (approximate dimensions of our design are 23mmx23mmx13mm)

3) A place willing to build it (I've already spoken with some Chinese factories, though am somewhat concerned about their quality). Molds are also a serious major concern because of the high cost.

Of course, as a startup we're on a shoestring budget and want to keep our costs as low as possible, at least initially. We are also open to granting a share in future revenue of this product as partial payment, if the company/individual we partner with is open to such an arrangement.

For quotation, please include cost for industrial design, mechanical design, small number of SLA/SLS-type prototypes, production molds (estimate), as well as providing all related design files (Solidworks prefered but not necessary)

Please also list your previous experience designing any similar products, and detail your level of expertise as it relates to industrial design, mechanical design, and relationships with mold vendors (particular interest to those in the Far East)
