2. ASP.NET Asynchronous message handling (message broker for IM, internal applic signaling etc)

3. Extend ASP.NET MVC

4. WCF SERVICES

5. socketing

6. Url Rewrite & Sharing

7. Session/authentication managment

8. virtual based folder system

9. queues/treadpool/callbacks managers

10.'Rest' Based API Planning and implementation

optional but highly recommanded

11. highly skills for xhtml/CSS12. js/jquery

13. instant messaging experience: VOIP/SIP/JABBER/SIP/OpenFire/XMPP servers and clients
