MY BUDGET IS OBVIOUSLY NOT $10-$30. I'M LOOKING FOR QUOTES. IT'S OPEN BID SO STATE YOUR PRICE AND WHAT YOU CAN DELIVER.

I'm currently using Android Bulk SMS Sender (Unlimited) from Technocom Solutions ([login to view URL]).

It uses an Anroid phone as a client and a PC as a host for sending bulk SMS messages to an imported list of phone numbers.

I would like something similar but for MMS where I can send a picture with text to a list of phone numbers using cell phones with text capable accounts as the client for sending MMS (picture + text).

I'd like to receive quotes on price and time to complete with description on functionality that would be present.

My budget is obviously not $10-$30. I'm looking for quotes. It's open bid so state your price and what you can deliver.
