Job Qualifications,Requirements. and Skills
-Strong familiarity with design patterns (e.g. Singleton, Object Pool, Factory Method, Adapter, Iterator, Observer, Read-Write Lock, etc.) This is an essential qualification and a firm requirement for all developers.
-Strong familiarity with MVC and other architectural patterns that foster separation of concerns. This is an essential qualification and a firm requirement for all developers.
-Strong English skills.
-Strong internet connection with a workable headset.
Working Interview
Before you are granted the contract we will first have you complete a small project which will serve as your working interview. The project is located as an attached document to this posting. This project should take no longer than 1-3 hours to complete. Please do not start the project until after you have spoken with me first.
