I need a UK tax advisor

Hi this is the scenario:

I am a business director and 50% shareholder of a ltd company “A”with a turnover of approximately £1m and profit margin of approximately 20%.

This company has 5 employees.

I pay my other ltd company “B” which I am the director and a 33% shareholder approximately £4000 a month as consultancy fees.

This company has 3 employees, me being one of them.

I pay myself from company “B” approximately £900 a month as a salary and approximately £2000 a month as dividends.

1. I want to find out whether this is the most tax efficient way of paying myself and if not then what structure do I need to implement.

2. I also want to make sure my companies are set up correctly to minimise tax.

3. I also have takings of approximately £10,000 through the till as cash which sit in the safe, how can I get this money in to my account with minimal taxation or if there is any other method to utilise the money?
