Mi sono appassionata anche di ricerca e scrittura di argomento giuridico, storico e sociale, con pubblicazioni in materia di: diritto penale romano, sequestro ed espropriazioni di opere d’arte, carcere e principio di rieducazione della pena. Attualmente, lavoro in un’azienda digitale che si occupa di e-commerce diretto di servizi e, nello specifico, di accesso al welfare pubblico, servizi di assistenza fiscale, bancari, finanziari e alla persona. In particolare, ricopro un ruolo di: ▸ Gestione dei clienti (intervento diretto e supporto informativo); ▸ Gestione dei collaboratori esterni (processo di selezione, supervisione delle attività operative, valutazione della performance, strategie di team-building e engagement); ▸ Presentazione di idee e proposte di miglioramento dei servizi erogati, dei processi, dell’automazione delle attività, della gestione delle partnership e della comunicazione con i clienti. Ho conseguito un Executive MBA in Customer Operations & Relationship Management, per specializzarmi in Customer Experience, metriche e KPI, processi decisionali operativi e applicazione dell’AI alle Customer Operations. Parallelamente, mi sono occupata di progetti come freelancer e ora gestisco una casa vacanze nel centro di Firenze, riponendo particolare attenzione all’ospitalità inclusiva e alla sostenibilità. Per vari mesi l'anno, lavoro come "nomade digitale" da diversi posti del mondo, dedicandomi anche allo studio delle lingue straniere e alla conoscenza delle culture locali. Ho già avuto l’opportunità di viaggiare in 18 paesi diversi. kidogo
