I’m building a one-page gigantic table website with multiple filtering funcftions, and NEED styling for it.

Description about the table's function:
In this table, usually, Like and Dislike columns and Note columns are hidden, but only logged-in users can see and edit them as they like. And, their Like and Dislike checks and notes are recorded and reproduce when they log in again.
The Like-Dislike filters are also hidden for unlogged-in users.

Here are the requirements:

1.
The columns “shop_name”, “cast_name”, and “score” have to be shown anytime. Other columns should be properly folded according to the screen width.

2.
Considering for mobile users, maybe the numeric range filters "Score", "Age", "T", "B", "W", and "H" should be the sliders as shown in the picture “rangefilter.png”, but other ideas are welcome.

3.
Considering for mobile users, maybe the filters should be minimized as a filter icon on the left top of the page like a menu icon on the right top, and pop up on a semi-transparent full-overlay screen (like a hamburger menu) when a user taps the filter icon. So, users can do filtering while they are seeing how the table is being filtered. Of course, other ideas are welcome.

4. The styling for PC users is also important.

5. Add a contact form function using PHP (The input fields are already made.).

6. Currently, the number of records per page is 25. But if the number could be change for any reason such as design or usability.

7. I'm only familiar with simple CSS or bootstrap, and jQuery (JavaScript), so if the website is coded by using them, I’m very happy and can rearrange the website by myself later.

All website data including mysql will be provided.
