We would like an online calculator created similar to the style and link below:
http://www.ledlightingcalculator.com.au/

The only changes would be to make the calculator appear in a simpler, tiled format so it is easier to use and understand.

We would only have 3 types of lights in the first comparison drop-down (Step 2 on the example link above) and just 1 product (our product) in the Step 3 to compare the 3 other types of lights to our light to show how much customers will save in costs, and emissions.

You can also remove the 'Cost Per Light' row...

An example screenshot is attached to this contest showing how we'd like the calculator to look and a text file is uploaded with all of the specifications to go into the comparison tool.

  Looks great, but you just need to specify at the top left what the sections are: Number of Lights, Usage Hours Per Day & Price Per Kilowatt.
  
  Apart from that, your entry is easily the best so far.... just need to fix that little section up somehow so users will understand what each field entry is for

Do you want to compare the three lights in the brief to your light or do you have two lights compared to your one. The brief mentions 3 types of light in the comparison plus your light however there is no data for this light to perform the comparison with it, or am I missing something.

Good examples of how the comparison table should look are available by doing a simple Google Images search for the keywords 'Lighting Comparison Chart' and looking at some of the brighter, more visual charts available....
