We have a live chat app that runs within a window / popup from a supplier.

Id like this to be implemented into a chat widget design where clicking a chat button will open the chat within an iframe but made collapsible. (still within the same page so the user doesn't get a popup or has to leave)

Essentially converting what we have now into a CSS/HTML popover.
It needs to be full screen if on a mobile device and smaller if used on a PC.

What we have is currently when someone clicks the "chat to us" button, It opens a popup (target_blank)
I would like this page placed within a chat popover so it never creates a new window. Instead it opens in a nice "iframe"

The code needs to be fairly neat. I.e (so a snippet can be placed at the end of a page for it to work)

Please use this as the example page that should appear in the popover.

This URL above is essentially what we want loaded into a popover (See picture)
1) The popover to include the above URL in the iframe
2) The popover to have some controls at the top right (to close/min/max the frame)
3) The popover should be full screen when opened on a phone (Android / Apple etc)
4) The popover should be standard size when opened on a PC
5) Must be easy integratable (I.e a small block of code at the end of the page)

The design should be adjustable. (colour, default size, borders, shadows etc)

The design should look modern and similar to how other "live chat" popovers for other websites look.

Think about how the live chat looks on sites like https://www.livechat.com/
Need the button and popover to be smooth and stylish where possible. But still includes the iframe. Ideally the popover could resize based on the contents of the iframe.
