Job Responsibilities:  Involved in Bulk Hiring, handling various hiring events in various location.  Involved in complete end-end recruitment, Co-ordination with the leads and constant monitoring till the candidate is on board.  Involved into hiring Entry to Mid-Level techies who are experts @ C, C++, Core Java, J2EE, for various internal teams.  Regular interaction with the Hiring Managers in understanding the requirement.  Channels used: Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn and other Social & Professional Sites.  Prescreen the candidates over the phone to understand their basic information like, work authorization, salary, educational qualification, nature of employment, relevant experience, notice period, relocation, travel preferences etc. and send the shortlisted CVs to the hiring manager for further process.  Conduct initial HR interview for assessing the candidates based on various criteria such as communication, attitude, stability, interest and orienting the candidates to the technical round.  Offer drafting, sending the breakup to the candidate, updating the offer in the internal tool, Offer release etc. Specialties:  Sourcing profiles from job portals and social networking sites.  Screening the profiles according to the requirement of the hiring manager & skills.  Communicating with the candidates through call or e-mail.  Scheduling face to face interview.  Following up the candidates after shortlisting by the hiring manager.  Offer drafting, offer release etc.  Doing salary negotiation, motivating and convincing the candidates.  Induction program for the candidates.
