I need my website re-configured. My website is a freelancer marketplace website. Similar to [url removed, login to view]

I need an efficient communication process installed in my website between buyer seller and admin.

1. Buyer gets email notifications for purchases, delivery or order etc

2. Sellers get email notifications when an order received, any queries from buyers, feedback received etc.

3. Admin also gets email notifications for all activities

There should be an inbox for all users in the website.

Currently there is same setup in my site which is not working properly.
