I have a WordPress website. I require a contact form that clients fill in to download a free PDF book. I would like the download URL to be automatically sent to them via email once the form is submitted. (ie. must be a valid email address to access book). Their contact details must also be emailed to me.

I host my own website so you will be working on my site and it is a live site.
