Install NGINX & Varnish on Frontend, Apache2 on backend suitable for WordPress multisite

Hi,
I am looking for someone who can provide the following
* Install and configure NGINX on Frontend server
* Install and configure Varnish Cache on Frontend server
* Install and configure Apache on Backend server
* Install WordPress on backend (SQL already setup)
* Ensure all of the above is working without errors
* Provide documentation/process of applied steps
I plan to deploy the above for a large-scale Wordpress Multisite.
The reason behind using Apache as a backend is due to support limitations from Wordpress when using NGINX. If you are confident Wordpress Multisite can be configured on NGINX on the backend please let me know.
Currently I have 2 micro EC2 servers available to deploy the setup on each server (standalone frontend and standalone backend). Again please advise if your professional opinion is to have both instances installed on the same server, or if standalone servers would indeed be better for a large-scale setup.
