We have a Windows web server that delivers an accounting package - Sage50 - to users via Remote Desktop.

We are currently using 2015 software and:

1) We need assistance upgrading the software to 2016 on the server and managing any issues that arise.

2) Ongoing troubleshooting of the software itself and glitches in it . . i.e working with Sage50 help desk to determine causes.

This will be hourly on an occasional basis.
