I am trying to use sysprep to create a Windows image (ISO file) for my organization with predefined settings and software.

I'm using Windows Answer File ([login to view URL]) to set some values during installation and create an administrator user too. I need to allow user to create an account in OOBE and that account must be created to "User" group, that's without administration privileges.

Why? Security reason. User can create an account with his/her name, but that account won't have admin privileges. If he/she need to install some software he/she will need to ask to admin.

I just need to know what's the best practice to do that.
