E-commerce for mongolia

Hello Dear Richway? R u calling from USA, Manhaten?/

I would love to get an assistance in e-solution merchant account, such as pay-pal, or to check out.com. Unfortunately those services don't seem to cover the areas in Mongolia. Yet, is there any other solutions u can provide our company to develop e-commerce?

If there is a chance to open such account from oversees, and then the accumulated money accumulated in our centralized account can be delivered to our per customer accounts here in Mongolia. What IT solutions can u offer as value added service to your oversees customers, to support e-commerce merchant account solutions?

I have screened Pay Pal and to check [url removed, login to view] but it does make sence that those companies don't cover developing countries such as Mongolia. Mongolian banks do make SWIFT transfer and Money Gram or Western Union service.

But that's not our company is looking for. what we are looking for is visa/master/discover/diners real online money transaction system.

Our IT service in marketing is not limited to small manufacture, e-procurement, long distance learning.
