Our website has been built in 1and1 page builder, but WE need an estimate for javascript to read e-mail addresses, create cookies, invisible pixel and url dynamic tracking code for a chain letter network that reads opens, click-throughs, and sales for the first e-mail recipient and all the people in the tier below them they forward the e-mail to, with a MySQL database that stores the information, where id numbers are used to give e-mail addresses, presumed to be PayPal e-mail addresses, credit for opens/click-throughs/sales for them and for people for potentially an indefinite number of tiers below them.
So it can have a single table with a field called "e-mail recipient" and "tier number", but proper topology calls for many tables that are smaller for quicker fetching and sorting, so maybe every tier should have its own dynamically created table with a consistent naming convention that a future statistics page can search and sort tables with and produce a score (see [url removed, login to view]), but for now we just need the javascript, a php page for the three codes to redirect to, and [url removed, login to view] can potentially be used for the database (free affiliate tracking software), there just needs to be a way to track a link list of descending e-mail recipients.
