Need website designer to create a PSD website landing page

I need a professional landing page in PSD format to replace what is currently at [login to view URL]
I will have another service convert the PSD to full HTML/CSS.
The positioning of the header is the only thing that needs to stay the same. Everything else needs to be changed.
The rough draft of what I want is here:

Note the paragraph backgrounds (white, gray, orange) are to denote what I'd like the entire section background to be.
All the images (except the 5 logos in "What Type of Content" section) are rough drafts or placeholders. I have another artist finalizing those. For now, just keep the placeholders until I start getting you the final versions (hopefully before you finish the final draft).
I want the 5 logo images in "What Type of Content" section to be converted to condenssr-orange and white only and to be all the same size as a circle. The Reddit logo above "Forums" is the closest to complete as-is. It just needs color to be updated to condenssr-orange. Another example: the "WSJ" logo will have condenssr-orange circle fill on the outside and the WSJ will be white font.
I'd like the top image (Ben Franklin on bench) to fade-in. Not sure if that can somehow be denoted in PSD so that my HTML contractor can understand that?
The animated gif is something I'm trying to create myself. I may need help with that later. For now, just put a gif there that denotes it's supposed to be an animated gif.
Two colors are used throughout:
- Condenssr-orange: #ff4500 - all of the red-orange pieces
- Condenssr-green: #00b290 - the call-to-action buttons
I like a more minimalist design with good use of white space and attention to detail to spacing. No gradients. I like the below designs and would like to have some combination of feel:
- [login to view URL] - I like the bold contrast between the green and black. I'd like that kind of contrast between the condenssr-orange and the black of the page.
- [login to view URL] - I just like the overall feel. The fonts are nice and simple and I like the font color changes from headers to subheaders
