Changes needed for Church Web Site - repost

We need some work done to our Church web site. We dont have much of a budget for this, so please keep the bidding as low as possible.

Set up archive of services so they can be easily found and listened to. (if possible, can these be automatically be fed to web site once service is archived?) See this example [url removed, login to view]
Home Page - Can the logo be made so that instead of the section with the logo is so big, the black section is just wide enough for the timer and the logo would overlap into the blue area. Make logo even larger
Home page. Instead of the "Latest Sermon: Needs: What are needs? - September 9, 2013", I would like that removed an a banner in its place. Banner should say "Be the Church.
I need the slider called "Internet Church, listen live to be connected to either the live service or a page that says when the next one is. You can find this on the Blog Talk Radio page.
On the pages for Needs Met Church and Keeping it Real Avoidant Persnality group, there is a graphic called Listen Live. When people click on this link, I would like it to take them to the next service to be held. Right now, I have to manually update the link each time to the next service.
