I am working in the electrical installations market and need an App to communicate the technicians and the customers (those who need electrical services, i.e. repairs, maintenance, installation).

The App must save the service requested by the customer and the technicians bid. Once the customer selects the technician, and the job gets done, the client pays using the platform (App).

The App must ensure that the technician is going to pay a commission to the platform (as reward for the service assigned to him using the app); otherwise it would not be possible to assign a service to the technician.
