Ruby on Rails - Haml Developer with Rackspace Server Experience and WordPress blog Developer experience

I am looking for an experience Ruby on Rails - Haml developer. I have an existing RoR application that needs some simple work done on it.
You should have experience with the following:
-Setting up RoR projects on a Rackspace Server.
-Developing RoR projects with Twitter Bootstrap.
-Creating WordPress Blog.
-Experience with the devise gem.
You should also have an active Github account.
This position will be responsible for the following tasks.
-Setup the rails application on an empty Rackspace server.
-Create partial header and footer files for static pages.
-Create a working nav-navbar in the project_page file.
-Create a wordpress blog and link it to its respective links within the application. Examples:1. [login to view URL]
2. [login to view URL]
-Link the respective links in the footer section of the static pages to their respective section/pages.
-Modify the haml syntax for the login page to resemble the language convention in the word attachment.
-After modifying the syntax, Create a working login page that uses the devise gem.
-Add a video to the existing start_project page
