I need you to design a website. The website uses CSS bootstraper framework. The current look is inconsistent and does not looks good.

Your job is to redesign the website to make it look consistently and perfectly both on desktop browsers (mozilla, IE, Safari, Chrome) and on mobile browsers (opera, android, iPhone/iPad, downto 640 horizontal resolution). The website should behave consistently and remain good formatting and component placement on browser resizes.

However I prefer a cleaner theme, e.g. [url removed, login to view]

You will need to help me choose a theme which fits the task from technology point of view and looks clean and nice. Next you will need to rewrite the HTML/CSS code for website to satisfy the project requirements.
