217358 Photo to clip art

I need a photo turned into clip art. Graphics Artist should have some nice professional looking work I can view. And be good with human bodies and faces. If they have done designs for t-shirts that is a plus (which is what this is for).

Photo is in black in white. By color version should be in color. Use your best judgment to interpret the correct color (I have an image of almost the same scene that can be used as a reference).

- Returnables include all PSD files. Two version, black and white and color. At least 300 dpi

- File should be created in vector format and can be opened with Photoshop CS

- Need by May 7th (a mock up by May 1).

Start here:

First, I have all the information you need. Just need someone to put them into reality.

Use [url removed, login to view] photo for position of boats and bodies (notice some people are turned towards the camera (that's what I want).

Some of the faces that cannot be seen in the photo will be added to the ones closest to the foreground.

You can reposition some of the boats to make them larger if necessary, omit the tracks, and buildings. I only want canoe, rapids, and rocks. Rapids do not have to be exact, just get the look. There should only be two people in the canoe. There should be only seven boats total. These are all Ojibwa warriors armed with rifles and war clubs read for battle. War clubs should be raised as if going into battle.

Use the [url removed, login to view] image to put in the lower right boat. I will have to send you other warriors to make up the rest of the boats. It is best if we do this in steps, boat by boat. The ones farther away do not require as much detail as the two front ones.

Please give me a rough of what one boat will look like before you continue to make sure we are on the same page, Start with the larger ones. with warriors (they will be shirtless with breechcloths and head dress) before you color.

Use 1, 2, 3, and 4 for faces that are turned toward camera (does not have to be extreme detail, you should be able to look at your clip art and know which picture it represents):
