100 sign-ups at a psychology forum needed (sign-up free)

I've started a new vbulletin psychology forum and need to get the word out about it. Sign-ups can come from any source but must be totally organic (no coersion used to gain signups).
Referred posters must make 5 posts before being considered as signed up. Posts with spam or low quality conent are not counted.
Paypal payout only. Give your best bid to meet the above requirements. Timeframe: unlimited (but project may be stopped by either party at any time). If you refer less than 100 members I will pay out your bid amount divided by 100 * the number of referred members.
You will get a log-in to track referrals and a referrer URL to use.
