191431 Software GUI design

Hi,

I have a developer currently coding a software for Windows.

Problem is that the graphical user interface is not really attractive as he is not a designer and he just followed my basic layout outlines.

I would need someone who could 'interact' with him to create an attractive design for the GUI (including Splash page), button, overall screen design.

We need something clean, modern (probably in the blue tones)...We should also have the possibility to review several options to compare.
