Freelance camera operator (Video) in Thailand

Looking for a freelance camera operator for video filming. Not necessary looking for a veteran. Below are some of the details.
1. Local Thai - No age limit (Reason being, filming will be done in Thailand)
2. At least 1 to 2 years experience for video filming (DSLR)
3. English speaking - at least 30% knowledge and above
4. More than basic knowledge to handle/operate Canon DSLR with the external mic, external screen, external lighting, shooting angles etc
5. Paying either by project basis or by per hour
6. May need to travel together to film in other provinces or even out of Thailand, neighbouring countries
7. Looking at long-term work relationship with the camera operator. So being honest and responsible is my TOP priority
8. If you do have video editing skills too (Post Production), please hit me up too. No worries
9. Filming content are mostly short films or short documentaries
10. Friendly is a plus, so we can get along well and work together with the same frequency
