One level of a game I have an idea for (using UnrealEngine)

I have an idea for a game, I want to get funds for it using social fundraising.

I will need someone to create a single level for me. I have the idea for it, just need a nice level to display.

1. It is an RPG style game in 3rd person view.

2. It will be taking place in the DC/Batman universe (I will be contacting them for permission if this works out).

3. You play as a prisoner in Arkham on some low level crime, and when you get broken out get to hang with the varying gangs (joker, riddler,etc), and get to work your way up till you face them.

4. This level is just the tutorial, so itll just be the prison, here is the runthrough -

You are walked from your cell to a phychiatrists office for evaluation (just a normal office).

There you are spoken too by the doctor

You hear the Jokers voice over the loudspeaker, he is committing a prison break, knowing batman will show.

You escape the room, fight a couple guys along the way, work your way down to the basement, final room before the exit you see Batman, and he destroys you in a fight. Then, before he can tie you up, the wall explodes and he fights a small gang, you take your chance and run away.
