Export from SketchUp to Collada format with textures

I used the photo match feature in SketchUp to create a very basic building 3d model. However, when I am exporting the model to Collada format and open it in Maya I don't see the surfaces for which I used the image as their texture.

I am looking for someone to help me understand how to export in SketchUp with image textures so it can be imported to Maya without any extra work on Maya side.

Please find attached the original photo used, the SketchUp file and the Collada file that when imported to Maya does not present the surface with the image.

The budget for the task is maximum 10$
