I need to have a head projected onto another model.

I have attached an image to show what I mean.

You need to re-model the blue head to make it look like the head on the left.

Why? I need to use the nice UVs from the blue model.

You can subdivide the blue head as much as you like, but you may not delete the current UVs of the blue model.
