I require an experienced machine learning developer who can work with tensorflow and convert my existing code into PyTorch which will facilitate easier debugging. Demonstrable experience in ML libraries along with expertise in tensorflow and PyTorch is crucial for this project. The main purpose of my project is to create an explainability model.
