Virtual staff wanted - phone calls

We are looking for a part time staff to work one hour per day on an on going basis.
It will involve the following:
-outbound and inbound calls
-appointment setting
-collecting payment
-invoicing
-coordinating staff
-other admin tasks
have to have good english speaking skills and good internet connection.
Note that we pay around AUD 3-5 per hour. Please state your hourly rate. This is for 1 hour every day, 5-7 days on a permanent basis, with hours being increased in the future.
