An online MSSQL database with the following fields has to be created

o Mobile ID

o Time

o Latitude

o Longitude

o Speed

I need a background task that can use the GPS of a windows phone and log the captured data on a live online database. This exercise should be done at a time interval which can be declared as a variable.

At a time I would like to log data from about 400-800 mobile phones

All this activity should be done in the background. In case you need more information, I would be happy to provide it.

Good reputation and previous experience would play a key role in deciding to whom this project should be awarded.
