Fixing some errors and problems on a magento based site

Hey guys,

We recently had a problem with our website and the database had to be rebuilt and restored.

We are experiencing some errors and problems on our site search (We search for an item and no results coming back) and when we trying to upload a product we get the following error:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '2090-1' for key 'IDX_STOCK_PRODUCT'

Last problem is that when we trying to do a "Rebuild Catalog Index" we are getting "Catalog Index rebuild error. Please try again later "

We need someone to go over the site and solve at least all those problems. We believe that they are all related to each other and the problem is based on the data base and not in the site files.

Please, only bid if you are familiar with magento and it's data base.
