I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . We are establishing a new venture and this process required that many proposals on various matters be sent to many executives. However, the response rate was terribly low, whereupon in the past, it has always been very good.
We therefore looked into the matter, and it then became clear that our emails were being improperly flagged, so they were not seen or received by a good percentage of our intended recipients (some were actually close colleagues and associates). These are CEO-level proposals that pertained to mergers, alliances, etc., so it's surprising how such a large percentage didn't deliver successfully.
Therefore, I want to now hire an "email deliverability expert" who would be capable of developing an email address that has a better delivery success rate, and that by this expert utilizing the proper resources (e.g., technical techniques, programming strategies, applications, or whatever else is necessary) we can thereby have a system that enables a much higher rate of delivery when we send emails.
