Oscommerce site SEO for 500 product pages

I need an SEO to Optimize my new oscommerce site for search engines. Optimization is before submitting to the search engines.

Project have following requirements, ( you must adhere to all below).

1. All product pages need to be SEO

2. Research on keywords and embed them so it looks natural.

3. Site should be W3C compliant.

4. No black hat optimization practices.

5. Optimization strategy must be discussed and accepted by me, before project being awarded.

6. I need daily report on keywords and product pages.

7. SEO should have thorough knowledge of seo practices and good command on english.

8. Submit site to all major search engines.

Once successful the candidate will also be given a link building project, and PPC marketing contract depend on the experience.

NOTE: All freelancer bidding on the project must PM me the strategy they will use to optimize site.
