I am in need of good English speakers who can do cold calling to small businesses to provide them with project scheduling quote. I prefer to pay by commission. Consistently we are getting 1 quote out of 60 calls we make, and I generally pay $10 per interested lead you generate. So if you do 60 calls per hour, you should get 1 leads making you $10 an hour.

I am open to paying you by the amount of calls you make, but if there are not results I will obviously not hire you any more.

Let me know if this interest you. This is for long term work that will be full time for many months
