The Role

As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by identifying potential B2B clients and securing opportunities to present our services. This position is ideal for individuals looking to leverage their sales skills to eventually start their own sales business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Actively generate and manage your own leads within the e-commerce industry and beyond.

• Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other outreach methods to secure meetings.

• Sales Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to introduce our services and benefits.

• Deal Closure: Drive negotiations and close deals, maintaining a strong conversion rate from meetings to signed contracts.

Commission Structure

• €20 for each client meeting attended by the prospect.

• An additional €130 for each deal closed with the client.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Proven expertise in sales and lead generation, preferably within B2B environments.

• Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to persuade and close deals.

• Characteristics: Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

• Language: Proficiency in Swedish and English is highly desirable.
