I've just drafted a cookbook and require someone to proofread and edit it. There are 30 pages of text with the remaining pages being full page photos accompanying each recipe.

The idea behind the book is to showcase my mum's recipes, to tell a story of how I learned how to cook and to introduce my country's cuisine to Australia .

I'd like the book to 'flow' so you are free to rearrange paragraphs and so on. In terms of the recipes, they also need attention with their consistency in naming conventions, phrasing and their general flow.

It is using a template via a [url removed, login to view] so all text is within this file which can be printed off if need be. You will need to download the blurb software which is free from their site in order to view the file. The username and password will be provided upon project commencement along with the file.
