I need someone to write me a very simple application. This application will be in the form of an iOS app (NOT going to be on the app store, I just need to install it on my phone). This is what I need the app to be able to do:

1) Choose a photo or video

2) Text box to write a caption

3) Choose a time frame between 0-72 hours

4) Upload the photo/video to Instagram with the caption, and delete it after the time frame.

I want this to still delete the photo even if my phone is off. So if needed, I have a Private Server running windows server that is on 24/7, which the app can communicate too and the server can do all the processing.
