Hi, I operate an online pharmacy store. I need two tasks completed.

1. I need to be able to set a metaattribute (perhaps a boolean value) on selected products. If the value is true, it means that the product can only be bought in Ireland and will block sales to other Countries. However, for products that do not have this value set, it will still allow all other products to be purchased from all Countries on the Globe.

2. I need to set a max purchasable quantity for certain products. Perhaps a meta attribute of an integer which I can alter as the maximum amount allowed. If the customer tries to order more than this, it simply defaults back to the max value and displays a red text stating what the max purchase amount is. It should not allow the customer to add more than the max quantity to the cart.
