Wordpress: Integrate RSVP/Registration into current custom post type

I need to integrate a RSVP/registration form into a current event post type. Basically collecting data that can be printed out for each event post.
Don't mind using the plugins out there as long as it can integrate into one of the current post types already created into the theme.
Basically what it comes down to:
You can use a plugin that's already out there like RSVP, RSVPMaker etc..., however it will need to work with the current custom post types that's already integrated into the theme. Most of the plugins have their own post type that works independently, but I need one that works with the posts.
- will need to list who rsvp / registered per event custom post
- will need to be able to print it out
That's it!
Using a plugin is optional.
