Based on this project - 18441277 - add the feature of being able to call a query from a cron job. Pass any required parameters, and pass in the email recipient address (one or multiple).

Codeiginiter application should then run the query (using existing code), and send the results in an email to the desired recipient(s).

The output must be inline to the email (not attachment) and must be perfectly formatted.
