I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. It should make an online draw, where the subscriber specify a product on which the draw will take place, while other subscribers take part in the draw to gain that product.

And everyone wants to take part in that draw should pay a certain price.

This website should be able to manage advertisements.

And it should manage the subscribers requests to make draws, where the admin decides which draw is going to take a place and when it starts and ends.

And everyone wants to take a part in that draw, a random number is going to be given for him/ her automatically.

And it notify the subscribers whenever the draw starts and it should till them about them for the result (the winner number).
