I need a horizontal scroll feature that scrolls at a slow speed automatically or can be scrolled manually by choice of user.

The horizontal scroll will allow user to scroll into new background images.

ontop of these images will be 3 column of txt. Admin can add text to first background image, however when first background image gets full of txt, then it txt gets pushed to the next background image, automatically.

Can you do this? What will you build it in? i need to update content on daily basis, and wordpress would probably be the most fasted and easiest, what do you suggest?

Show me sample site that you built with bid. I need this done with in 24 hours. All you do is create the 3 columns on each background and make site scroll horizontal , allow for when new content gets created then content moves down the line to the next background image.
