Modifications to Existing PHP Domain Software

We are releasing a 2.0 version of our online software that seeks out valuable domain names. People use our software to find only available domain names that fit certain criteria and then the domain name is displayed when they run a certain kind of search using different keywords.
We are looking for an experienced, prolific and individual programmer who works fast and can achieve these exact results and do it in a timely manner.
We already have the admin that we use and edit for user functionality, and the user interface is currently being used by users all over the world.
What we need to accomplish:
1. We need to fix a problem with the way the engine "approves" domains in the "results" box. Domains that are NOT available are coming up in the results box, where only "Available" domains should be showing up.
2. We need to have a backend feature that sorts an uploaded expired drop list through the admin, resulting in filtered and sorted premium expired domains. We need to be able to upload an excel file to our website daily (The excel file will contain over 100,000 items (Domain names) and the software filters domains that fit a certain criteria. The criteria would be domain names that start with a consonant as the first character, then a vowel, OR start with a vowel and then a consonant, AND have an appraisal higher than $50. The results (After the script or software filters them) would then show on a page in our members area.
3. we need a marketplace in the members area where users can sell domains to each other.
4. We need to add three new areas to input keywords to the admin, which would show on the user interface. Three new categories to search in the admin (And it will show in the software search box)
"Items"
"verbs"
"Nouns"
And then we need to be able to add a search method of "starting and ending words" that will put them both together.
