We are doing testing and re certifications for customers equipment onsite. Planned schedule in excel, we manage the schedules of customer equipment, we paste a sticker sheet on equipment after completed. After return office to use word and excel for the test worksheet, certificates reports which usually about 500-1000pcs in folder. Print them on letterhead paper, sign and scan in to email customers or by hand.

I wish to automate this workflow of "planned schedule worksheet" by auto generating schedule into calender. At site, data entry of Test worksheet and certificates into google sheet or forms using laptop or pads and sign. Eventually generate report in pdf to customer by email and a copy to "cloud drive".

Preferably to keep easy and low maintenance to use,preferably just google sheets,docs for report, microsoft cloud, Open source php software

We have web server hosted online which is Cpanel, php database is available.

Quote, Sales/Job order is generated by our ERP which is in Microsoft SQL ERP Microsoft NAV in which hope for connectors in which fields of Quotation or Sales order is synchronized.
